บทคัดย่อ (Abstract)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาพอเพียง 2) ระดับการขับเคลื่อนปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสถานศึกษาพอเพียง และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาพอเพียงกับการขับเคลื่อนปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสถานศึกษาพอเพียงในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูของสถานศึกษาพอเพียงในสังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 จำนวน 199 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาพอเพียง 2)การขับเคลื่อนปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสถานศึกษาพอเพียงโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3)ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาพอเพียงกับการขับเคลื่อนปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสถานศึกษาพอเพียงในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 4 พบว่าโดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
This research was to study 1) the level of Instructional Leadership of Sufficiency School Administrators and 2) the level of the Driving Sufficiency Economy Practice of Sufficiency School and 3) the relationship between Instructional Leadership of Sufficiency School Administrators and the Driving Sufficiency Economy Practice of Sufficiency School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 4.
The samples used in this study includes 199 administrators and teachers of Secondary School of Sufficiency School in 2012. This research used the questionnaire which was performed to choose 5 kinds of measurement such as Percentage, Average, Standard Deviation and Correlation Coefficient of Pearson.
The results showed that study 1) the level of Instructional Leadership of Sufficiency School Administrators and 2) the level of the Driving Sufficiency Economy Practice of Sufficiency School were high level for both and 3) the relationship between Instructional Leadership of Sufficiency School Administrators and the Driving Sufficiency Economy Practice of Sufficiency School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 4 found that the positive correlation level as high levels were statistically significant at the .01
