Operational Efficiency with ERP Procurement System: A Case Study of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Nakhon Ratchasima Province

บทคัดย่อ (Abstract)
การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาผลการดำเนินงานของการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างด้วยระบบ ERP ของศูนย์กลางมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน จังหวัดนครราชสีมา 2. เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างด้วยระบบ ERP ของศูนย์กลางมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน จังหวัดนครราชสีมา 3. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการวัดผลการดำเนินงานของการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างด้วยระบบ ERP กับประสิทธิภาพการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างด้วยระบบ ERP ใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) โดยมีขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 112 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean, X) ความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD, Standard Deviation) ทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วย t-test Independent, F-test ANOVA การทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่โดยใช้วิธีการเปรียบเทียบทดสอบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด LSD (Least Significant Difference) และการทดสอบสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน โดยใช้ Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพของการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างด้วยระบบ ERP มีผลทางบวกต่อการดำเนินงานของศูนย์กลางมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ดังนั้น มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสานจึงควรนำข้อสนเทศที่ได้จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ไปใช้ในการพัฒนาบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยฯ และกำหนดกลยุทธ์การบริหารเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบซอฟต์แวร์สำเร็จรูปและกำหนดทิศทางการดำเนินงานของมหาวิทยาลัยฯ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับสภาวะการเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคตเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและได้ประโยชน์สูงสุด
The objectives of this independent study were: to investigate the overall operation with ERP Procurement System of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, to examine the operational efficiency with ERP Procurement System of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, and to examine the relationship between the evaluation of the overall operation with ERP Procurement System with the operational efficiency with ERP Procurement System. The study consisted of 112 samples drawn by the method of Purposive Sampling. The data were collected through the application of questionnaires and were analyzed by using Mean, Frequency, Standard Deviation, t-test, F-test, Least Significant Difference, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The results of study demonstrated that the procurement efficiency with ERP Procurement System had a positive relationship with the operation of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Hence Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Nakhon Ratchasima Province should apply the results of this study for the university personnel development, and the administration strategies should be specified in order to be the guidelines for the package software development. Moreover, the directions of the university operation should be efficiently specified according to the changing situations in the future.
