บทคัดย่อ
การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนของการลงทุนเลี้ยงกุ้งขาวระหว่างวิธีการเลี้ยงแบบเดี่ยวกับวิธีการเลี้ยงแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ในการศึกษา คือเกษตรกรรายใหญ่ในหมู่ 4 ตำบลคลองนิยมยาตรา อำเภอบางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ที่ใช้วิธีการเลี้ยงแบบเดี่ยว จำนวน 1 ราย วิธีการเลี้ยงแบบผสมผสาน จำนวน 1 ราย ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์ และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนของการลงทุนเลี้ยงกุ้งขาววิธีการ เลี้ยงแบบเดี่ยวมีต้นทุนการผลิตเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 172,800 บาทต่อไร่ เป็นต้นทุนคงที่ 46,600 บาทต่อไร่ และต้นทุนผันแปร 126,200 บาทต่อไร่ การลงทุนเลี้ยงกุ้งขาววิธีการเลี้ยงแบบผสมผสานมีต้นทุนผลิต 181,537.50 บาทต่อไร่ เป็นต้นทุนคงที่ 38,487.50 บาทต่อไร่และต้นทุนผันแปร 143,050 บาทต่อไร่ จากการวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนทางการเงิน พบว่าการเลี้ยงกุ้งขาววิธีการเลี้ยงแบบเดี่ยวมีมูลค่าปัจจุบัน สุทธิ (NPV)โดยใช้อัตราคิดลดที่ร้อยละ 7 เป็นบวกเท่ากับ 2,062,740.90 บาท ระยะเวลาการคืนทุน (PB) 2 ปี 8 เดือน 17 วัน อัตราผลตอบแทนภายในของโครงการ (IRR) 31.62% วิธีการเลี้ยงแบบ ผสมผสานมีมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ (NPV) โดยใช้อัตราคิดลดที่ร้อยละ 7 เป็นบวกเท่ากับ 4,243,583.86 บาท ระยะเวลาการคืนทุน (PB) 1 ปี 4 เดือน 29 วัน อัตราผลตอบแทนภายในของโครงการ (IRR) 82.05% การศึกษาครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าการเลี้ยงกุ้งขาววิธีการเลี้ยงแบบผสมผสานให้ผลตอบแทนสูง กว่าวิธีการเลี้ยงแบบเดี่ยว
The purpose of this independent study was to study the Comparative Analysis for white shrimp farming by comparing between monoculture farming and polyculture farming. The samples were major farmers who lived in Moo.4, Khlong Niyom Yattra Sub-district, Bang Bo District, Samut Prakan consisting of one monoculture farmer and one polyculture farmer. The questionnaire was conducted and used as a research instrument for data collection. Descriptive analysis was also used for analyzing data. According to the results of Cost and Return Analysis for monoculture white shrimp farming, an average cost equaled to 172,800 Baht per rai comprising 46,600 Baht per rai for fixed cost and 126,200 Baht per rai for variable cost. In contrast, due to polyculture white shrimp farming, the results indicated that an average cost was 181,537.50 Baht per rai consisting of 38,487.50 Baht per rai for fixed cost and 143,050 Baht per rai for variable cost. Regarding Financial Rate of Return, net present value (NPV) of monoculture farming with 7% discount rate was 2,062,740.90 Baht. Besides, the payback period (PB) was 2 years 8 months 17 days while the internal rate of return (IRR) was 31.62%. On the other hand, net present value (NPV) of polyculture farming with 7% discount rate was 4,243,583.86 Baht. Moreover, the payback period (PB) was 1 year 4 months 29 days whereas the internal rate of return (IRR) was 82.05%. The overall result of this independent study revealed that the return of the polyculture white shrimp farming were higher than the monoculture white shrimp farming.
