Cost Structure, Profitability and Breakeven Analysis of Rice Planting Using Chemical Fertilizer and Organic Fertilizer : A Case Study of The Woong Dictrict, Lop Buri Province

การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างต้นทุน ความสามารถในการหากำไรและการวิเคราะห์จุดคุ้มทุนจากการปลูกข้าวด้วยปุ๋ยเคมีกับปุ๋ยอินทรีย์กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรในเขตอำเภอท่าวุ้ง จังหวัดลพบุรีจำนวน 20 ราย ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การปลูกข้าวด้วยปุ๋ยเคมี ต้นทุนคงที่เฉลี่ยต่อไร่ 1,286.16 บาท ต้นทุนผันแปรเฉลี่ยต่อไร่ 2,758.83 บาท ผลผลิตเฉลี่ยต่อไร่ 800 กิโลกรัม มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อไร่ 8,857.46 บาทอัตรากำไรขั้นต้นร้อยละ 54.31 อัตรากำไรจากการดำเนินงานร้อยละ 50.74 จุดคุ้มทุน 168.79 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ หรือ ณ รายได้ 1,868.50 บาทต่อไร่ มีส่วนเกินที่ปลอดภัย 631.21 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ 6,988.96 บาทต่อไร่ ส่วนการปลูกข้าวด้วยปุ๋ยอินทรีย์มีต้นทุนคงที่เฉลี่ยต่อไร่ 1,383.57 บาท ต้นทุนผันแปรเฉลี่ยต่อไร่ 1,896.58 บาท ผลผลิตเฉลี่ยต่อไร่ 780 กิโลกรัม มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อไร่ 8,473.84 บาท อัตรากำไรขั้นต้นร้อยละ 61.29 อัตรากำไรจากการดำเนินงานร้อยละ 57.59 จุดคุ้มทุน 164.12 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่หรือ ณ รายได้ 1,782.34 บาทต่อไร่ มีส่วนเกินที่ปลอดภัย 615.88 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ 6,691.50 บาทต่อไร่ การศึกษาครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าการปลูกข้าวด้วยปุ๋ยอินทรีย์มีต้นทุนรวมเฉลี่ยต่อไร่ต่ำกว่าการปลูกข้าวด้วยปุ๋ยเคมี มีอัตราส่วนกำไรขั้นต้นและอัตราส่วนกำไรจากการดำเนินงานสูงกว่าเกษตรกรที่ปลูกข้าวด้วยปุ๋ยเคมี
The objectives of the individual study were to analyze the cost structure, to investigate the profitability, and to analyze the breakeven of rice planting using chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer. The sample of the study consisted of 20 agriculturists in Tha Woong Dictrict, Lop Buri Province. The data were collected through the in-depth interview, and analyzed applying descriptive statistics. The results of study showed that rice planting using chemical fertilizer had average fixed cost of 1,286.16 Baht per rai, average variable cost of 2,758.83 Baht per rai, average product of 800 kilograms per rai, average income of 8,857.46 Baht per rai, gross profit margin of 54.31 %, operating profit margin of 50.74%, breakeven point of 168.79 kilograms per rai or income of 1,868.50 Baht per rai, margin of safety of 631.21 kilograms per rai and of 6,988.96 Baht per rai. Rice planting using organic fertilizer had average fixed cost of 1,383.57 Baht per rai, average variable cost of 1,896.58 Baht per rai, average product of 780 kilograms per rai, average income of 8,473.84 Baht per rai, gross profit margin of 61.29 %, operating profit margin of 57.59%, breakeven point of 164.12 kilograms per rai or income of 1,782.34 Baht per rai, margin of safety of 615.88 kilograms per rai and of 6,691.50 Baht per rai. This study indicated that rice planting using organic fertilizer had average total cost per rai lower than rice planting using chemical fertilizer, and it had gross profit margin and operating profit margin higher than rice planting using chemical fertilizer.
