บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารโรงเรียนระดับปฐมวัยในโรงเรียนรัฐบาล เพื่อศึกษาระดับการตัดสินใจของผู้ปกครองในการส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนในโรงเรียนรัฐบาลระดับปฐมวัย และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารโรงเรียนกับการตัดสินใจของผู้ปกครองในการส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนในโรงเรียนรัฐบาลระดับปฐมวัย เขตอำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนรัฐบาลระดับปฐมวัย เขตอำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 311 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าทีที่มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างอิสระจากกัน (Independent T-test) การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยทางเดียว (One – way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอย ( Regression Analysis)
ผลการวิจัยทั่วไป พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุมากกว่า 35ปี จบการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา ประกอบอาชีพรับจ้าง และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 5,000 – 10,000 บาท ผลการวิจัยด้านการบริหารโรงเรียนที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจของผู้ปกครองในการส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียน พบว่าด้านคุณภาพนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัจจัยที่มีผู้ปกครองให้ความสำคัญสูงสุดคือ นักเรียนเรียนร่าเริง แจ่มใส มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อเพื่อน ครู และผู้อื่น ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก ปัจจัยที่ผู้ปกครองให้ความสำคัญที่สุดคือ มีการจัดการกิจกรรมสืบสานและสร้างสรรค์วัฒนธรรม ประเพณีและภูมิปัญญาไทยในท้องถิ่น ส่วนการตัดสินใจของผู้ปกครองในการส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนในโรงเรียนรัฐบาลระดับปฐมวัยพบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก ปัจจัยข้อที่ผู้ปกครองให้ความสำคัญที่สุดคือ ครูผู้สอนให้การบ้านเพื่อฝึกฝน พัฒนานักเรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ด้านบุคลากร อยู่ในระดับมาก ปัจจัยที่ผู้ปกครองให้ความสำคัญที่สุดคือ บุคลากรมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี เป็นกันเองระหว่างผู้ปกครองกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม อยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและการบริการ ปัจจัยที่ผู้ปกครองให้ความสำคัญสูงสุดคือ โรงเรียนจัดให้มีการประกันอุบัติเหตุ และระดับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารโรงเรียนที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจของผู้ปกครองในการส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนในโรงเรียนรัฐบาลระดับปฐมวัย เขตอำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานีมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
The purpose of this thesis were 1) to study the level of kindergarten administration in the government school, 2) To study the decision of parents to send their children to government school, and 3) to study the relationship between the school administration with the decision of parent to send their children to school . Too for data collection was a questionnaire. The samples were the 311people of student in the school. Statistical analysis methods were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Statistical hypothesis testing were Independent – test, One – way ANOVA and Regression.
The research’s generally showed that most of respondents are female, older than 35 years old, graduated high school, employed and average revenue per month from 5,000-10,000 Baht. The results of schools administration that effect the decision of parents to send their children to learn that the quality of student at high level. In the parent factors, top priorities were cheerful and friendly student’s good relationship between teachers and other. In the learning management factor was at high level. Factor most important to parents were the teacher has a good relationship to student, parent, and community. The education administration is in high level – the management creativity, vision and leadership is highest score. In the development of learning community factor was at a high level. Factor parents, top priority was to management activities and creative heritage, cultural tradition and local wisdom of Thai. The decision of parent to send their children to learn in government kindergarten showed that on the development of student quality is in high level – the teacher should assign the homework for the children is highest score. When considering on the school employer found that is in high level – the employer should have a good relationship to parent and their colleague is highest score. Place and environment showed that is in high level – the school locating near the parent house and workplace is highest score. Finally, considering the facilities and services found that is in high level- the school has provided the accident insurance. The relationship between the opinions of government school administration with the decision of parents to send their children to government kindergarten school has a positive relationship at the level of significance of 0.05.
