บทคัดย่อ (Abstract)
งานวิจัยเรื่องการศึกษาและการอนุรักษ์เรือสำเภาจำลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลรูปแบบ ลวดลาย กระบวนการจำลอง กระบวนการผลิตเรือสำเภาไทย และเพื่อเป็นการอนุรักษ์เรือสำเภาไทย ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษาข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ จากการศึกษาพบว่าเรือสำเภาที่สร้างโดยช่างไทยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 รูปแบบ ดังนี้ 1. เรือสำเภาไทยสมัยกรุงศรีอยุธยา มีลักษณะเป็นเรือท้องแบน เสาเรือจำนวน 3 เสา มี ใบเรือจำนวน 2 ใบ โดยใบเรือ 2 ใบนี้ใช้ไม้ไผ่สานเป็นตาเฉลวประกบทั้งสองด้าน ภายในใบเรือบุด้วยใบไม้ เช่นใบไผ่ ใบลาน เพื่อให้มีน้ำหนักเบา นอกจากนี้ยังมีใบเรือเล็ก 2 ใบ อยู่ที่ปลายเสาหัวเรือ และตอนบนของเสากระโดงเรือ หัวเรือมีการเขียนลายราหู ท้ายเรือมีการเขียนลวดลายนกวายุภักษ์ หรือลายนกอินทรี 2. เรือสำเภาไทยสมัยกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ตอนต้น มีลักษณะเป็นเรือท้องแบน เสาเรือ จำนวน 3 เสา มีใบเรือใหญ่ 3 ใบ มีใบเรือเล็ก 2 ใบอยู่ที่ปลายเสาหัวเรือ และตอนบนของเสากระโดงเรือใช้เพื่อช่วยในการเลี้ยว มีการเขียนลวดลายด้วยสีฉูดฉาดเช่นสีแดง สีเขียว ไว้ที่หัวเรือและท้ายเรือ โดยหัวเรือมีการเขียนลวดลายราหู ท้ายเรือมีลาย 3 ลายที่ใช้ในการเขียนคือ ลายนกวายุภักษ์ ลายนกฟินิกส์ และลายมังกร 3. เรือสำเภาเซี่ยมโล้ มีลักษณะเป็นเรือท้องกลม มีรูปร่างอ้วนป้อมท้องเรือมีความจุมาก เสาเรือจำนวน 3 เสา มีใบเรือผ้าจำนวน 3 ใบ นอกจากนี้ยังมีใบเรือเล็ก 2 ใบ อยู่ที่ปลายเสาหัวเรือและตอนบนของเสากระโดงเรือใช้เพื่อช่วยในการเลี้ยว หัวเรือมีการเขียนลวดลายราหูด้วยสีแดงหรือสีเขียว ท้ายเรือมีการเขียนลวดลายมังกร
The research of about “The study and The Conservation of the imitation Junk” were to study the data-base information, patterns. Format, process of imitation and the Thai junk construction process, to conserve the Thai junks. Researcher studied documentary concerned, together with the field-data. The period of study was on November 1, 2003-march 8, 2004. The findings showed that junk constructed by Thai handicrafts could be divided into 3 typed : Thai junks in Ayuthaya Period : the junk had flatted-base, three poles, and two sails. The two sails were bamboo-crafted with leaves stretched. There were another two small sail on the pole-tip. The topmost of the poles were painted “Ra-Hoo”. The last past of the junk was painted birds called Wayupak of eagle. 1. Early Rattanakosin-Thai Period junk : the junk had flatted-base, three poles, three big sails, and another two small sails on the poles’ topmost for green were examples. The junk’s front was painted “Ra-Hoo”. The paintings on the junk’s end were divided into three types : Wayupak, Phoenix, and Dragon. 2. “Siem Loh” Junk : the junk had rounded-base. The junk fat for the use of containing. There were three poles and three clothes sails. There were another two small sails on the topmost of the poles for turning support. The junk’s front was painted red or green “Ra-Hoo”. The last part of the junk was painted Dragon.
