This research sets out to develop the coconut fiber paper production. 15% concentrate sodium hydroxide weighted 15% of total fiber weight is boiled for 3 hours at 95 – 100 degree Celsius. Then adding more value to the fiber, we bleach the fiber using 6%, 9% and 12% hydrogen peroxide mixed with 15 grams of potassium sulfate, The study has shown that the right kind of fiber to produce paper is the fiber that is bleached with 12% hydrogen peroxide. The brightness is (L*) 94.92 The study by 10 experts has an average of 4.00 with .00 Std. The coconut fiber paper includes the following physical attributions. The thickness is 1.52 mm. with pulling resistance 3.866 new ton meter per gram, and durable for tearing resistance index. Customer satisfaction study of 100 samples by random using statistics analysis include frequency, percentile, average, and standard deviation. The study has found that most customers are female of 30 year old or older with a bachelor degree. Most are college or high school students. The second group is government or state enterprise officials who make between 5,000 to 10,000 baht per month and up. Customers are most satisfied with decorating materials and production neatness. The second best is the color. Customers are very satisfied with the product overall. Coconut fiber is durable natural fiber. It’s potentially produced as paper however the fiber is too loose that it needs adherent agent by using Nori (Sumifloc glue FA-40). Nori is an agent that used for disperse fiber and adhere coconut fiber with other type of paper fiber such as recycled paper, newspaper, egg-shell paper, etc.
