บทคัดย่อ (Abstract)
การค้นคว้าอิสระมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อการใช้บริการเว็บไซต์เอสไอเอสของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีแห่งเอเชีย 2) ศึกษาเพื่อศึกษาการใช้และปัญหาการใช้ระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศในการใช้สืบค้นข้อมูลของนักศึกษาสถาบันเทคโนโลยีแห่งเอเชีย
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการค้นคว้าอิสระในครั้งนี้คือนักศึกษาที่เคยใช้บริการเว็บไซต์ เอส ไอเอส ของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีแห่งเอเชียโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัยครั้งนี้จำนวนทั้งหมด 340 ตัวอย่าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างใช้ค่าทดสอบค่าที (Independent t-test) กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มี 2 กลุ่ม และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีมากกว่า 2 กลุ่ม ถ้าพบความแตกต่างจะทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่โดยใช้วิธี LSD (Least Significant Difference) สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ
การศึกษาความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการใช้บริการเว็บไซต์เอสไอเอสของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีแห่งเอเชียพบว่า 1. ผู้ใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้ที่มีอายุ 41 – 50 ปี ซึ่งผู้วิจัยเห็นว่าควรมีการปรับปรุงระบบให้มีความชัดเจน สามารถใช้งานได้ง่ายให้เหมาะสมกับผู้ใช้บริการ 2. ผู้ใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์ในด้านข้อมูลทางการเงินดังนั้นทางสถาบันควรมีการรักษาความปลอดภัยในสิทธิส่วนบุคคลให้มากยิ่งขึ้นเพื่อเป็นการสร้างความมั่นใจให้แก่ผู้ใช้บริการ 3. ผู้ใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นว่าทางสถาบันควรมีการพัฒนาระบบให้ดูสวยงาม ชัดเจนเพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานได้ง่ายและมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
This research aimed to 1) To examine the satisfaction of the students who use the SIS website services of the Asian Institute of Technology. 2) To know the process and the problem of using the searching system, the SIS website of Asian Institute of Technology. The samples used in this research are from the students who use the SIS services website of Asian Institute of Technology.
The Questionnaires used in this study have the total of 340 samples. The analysis used in this study included percentage, mean, standard deviation. Use the analysis of the difference value (Independent t-test) for 2 group samplings. Use the group analysis, ANOVA (One-Way ANOVA) with the sample that have more than two groups. If found the differences in pair will use the LSD (Least Significant Difference)
The study of using the SIS website of Asian Institute of Technology found that 1) Users are mostly people aged between 41 to 50 years and the researcher suggest to improve the system to be more clear and suitable for the user. 2) Almost of the users use the services for financial institutions, so it should be more secure for the privacy information to ensure users 3) Most of the user services suggest the institute to developed the viewpoint of the SIS webpage to be more professional and clear, so the user can use it easily and efficiency.
