A Comparative Analysis of Financial Ratios of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Joining and Disjoining a Single Account Scheme

บทคัดย่อ

การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบอัตราส่วนทางการเงินของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมที่เข้าร่วมและไม่เข้าร่วมโครงการมาตรการบัญชีชุดเดียว กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา มีจำนวน 217 บริษัท โดยมี 174 บริษัทที่เข้าร่วมโครงการบัญชีชุดเดียว และมี 43 บริษัทที่ไม่เข้าร่วมโครงการมาตรการบัญชีชุดเดียว เพื่อทดสอบความแตกต่างของอัตราส่วนทางการเงินปี 2557 และปี 2558 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ Paired Samples t-test และ Independent Samples t-test ผลการศึกษา พบว่า มีอัตราส่วนทางการเงินของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมที่เข้าร่วมโครงการมาตรการบัญชีชุดเดียว ปี 2557 แตกต่างจากปี 2558 ทั้งสิ้น 6 อัตราส่วน ได้แก่ อัตราผลตอบแทนจากส่วนของผู้ถือหุ้น อัตราหมุนเวียนของสินทรัพย์รวม อัตราส่วนทุนหมุนเวียนอัตราส่วนหนี้สินรวมต่อสินทรัพย์รวม อัตราส่วนสินทรัพย์รวมต่อส่วนของผู้ถือหุ้น และอัตราส่วนหนี้สินรวมต่อส่วนของผู้ถือหุ้น ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 และอัตราส่วนทางการเงินของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมที่ไม่เข้าร่วมโครงการมาตรการบัญชีชุดเดียว ปี 2557 ไม่แตกต่างจากปี 2558 ส่วนอัตราส่วนทางการเงินปี 2557 และปี2558 ของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมที่เข้าร่วมและไม่เข้าร่วมโครงการมาตรการบัญชีชุดเดียว ไม่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05

The purpose of this independent study was to analyze and compare financial ratios of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) which joined and disjoined a single account scheme. The samples of the study were 217 SMEs consisting of 174 SMEs which joined a single account scheme and 43 SMEs which did not join the project in order to investigate the differences of financial ratios between 2014 and 2015. Statistics used for data analysis were Paired Samples test and Independent Samples t-test. The results of the study revealed that six financial ratios of SMEs joining a single account measure project in 2014 which were different from those joining in 2015 included return on equity (ROE), total asset turnover, current ratio, debt ratio, financial leverage ratio, and debt/equity ratio at a significant level of 0.05. Furthermore, financial ratios of SMEs disjoining a single account measure project in 2014 were not different from those disjoining in 2015. Finally, financial ratios of 2014 and 2015 between SMEs which joined a single account scheme and those which disjoined were not different at a significant level of 0.05.
