The research aimed to 1) compare pre- and post-test scores of the problem-solving ability of Mathayomsuksa 6 students in physics proposition by incorporating Polya’s Technique into 7E learning cycle model, 2) compare the students’ problem-solving ability in Physics proposition before and after studying with the traditional approach, and 3) compare the problem-solving ability of students in the control group and the experimental group. 88 samples, 44 for the control group and 44 for the experimental group, were chosen by cluster random sampling from Mathayomsuksa 6 students studying in the Science and Mathematics program in the academic year 2015 at Saipanya Rangsit School. The research instruments were 1) lesson plans that incorporated Polya’s Technique into 7E learning cycle model, 2) traditional lesson plans, and 3) a pre-and post-test on problem-solving ability in Physics proposition. The descriptive statistics Mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test were used for data analysis. The research findings were as follows : 1) students’ post-test scores on problem-solving ability in Physics proposition by incorporating Polya’s Technique into 7E learning cycle model were statistically significant higher at .05, 2) students’ post-test scores of problem-solving ability in Physics proposition by the traditional approach were statistically significant higher at .05, and 3) students’ problem-solving ability in Physics proposition by incorporating Polya’s Technique into 7E learning cycle model was statistically significant higher than that with the traditional approach at .05.
