Effects of online community website upon the knowledge sharing of bachelor’s students Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาลักษณะของเว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์ตามความต้องการของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี 2) เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์สำหรับแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาผลของเว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์ที่มีต่อการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาลักษณะเว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์ คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จำนวน 440 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบหลายขั้นตอน 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการทดลองใช้เว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์ คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจงและ 3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาผลของเว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จำนวน 139 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามลักษณะของเว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์ ตามความต้องการของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี 2) เว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์ 3) แบบประเมินเว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี 4) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อเว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์ของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี และ 5) แบบสอบถามผลของเว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์ที่มีต่อการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ การหาค่าร้อยละ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
1. จากผลของลักษณะเว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์ตามความต้องการของนักศึกษาเชิงในคุณภาพประกอบด้วย ด้านความสวยงามของการออกแบบ ด้านการใช้งาน ด้านสารสนเทศที่นำเสนอ ด้านรูปแบบและบริการ และด้านความรู้ ผลลักษณะของเว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์ตามความต้องการของนักศึกษา ในเชิงปริมาณความ คิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อเว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์ พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นต่อเว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์ อยู่ในระดับมาก
3. ผลของลักษณะเว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์ตามความต้องการของนักศึกษา ในเชิงคุณภาพประกอบด้วย ด้านความรู้ที่ได้รับ ได้แก่ ความรู้เชิงทฤษฏี ความรู้เชิงทฤษฏีและเชิงบริบท ความรู้ในระดับที่อธิบายเหตุผล และความรู้ในระดับคุณค่า ความเชื่อ ด้านองค์ประกอบของการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ คน สถานที่ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ ด้านกระบวนการของการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ การเปลี่ยนแปลงความรู้โดยกระบวนการทางสังคม การนำความรู้สู่ภายนอกการผสมผสาน และการนำความรู้สู่ภายในผลของเว็บไซต์ชุมชนออนไลน์ที่มีต่อการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาในเชิงปริมาณมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก
The purpose of this study were 1) to demonstrate the characteristics of online community website meet the needs of bachelor’s students Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi 2) to develop online community website for knowledge sharing to Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi students and 3) to study the effects of online community website with the knowledge sharing of bachelor’s students Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. Research design as research and development.
The selected samples 1) in a sample study of the characteristics of online community website to meet the needs of students are bachelor’s students at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, 440 of students were selected by a Multi-Stage Sampling 2) Samples in the trial online community website was bachelor’s students Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi has a total of 30 students using a Purposive Sampling and 3) Samples in study the effects of online community website with the knowledge sharing was bachelor’s students Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi has a total of 139 students using a Purposive Sampling. Tools used in this study were : 1) The questionnaire the characteristics of online community website meet the needs of bachelor’s students Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi 2) online community website 3) assessments online community website 4) questionnaire online community website of bachelor’s students Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi and 5) questionnaire of the effects of online community website with the knowledge sharing of bachelor’s students Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. Data analyzes by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The findings were as followed :
1. The result of the characteristics of online community website to meet the needs of students in terms of quality. Include the beauty of the design, practical, the information presented, the features and knowledge. The result in term of quantitative as a whole were evaluated to be at a high level.
2. The result of questionnaire online community website of bachelor’s students Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi at a high level.
3. The results of the effects of online community website with the knowledge sharing of bachelor’s students Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi in terms of quality. Include the knowledge gained know what, know how, know why, care why. Elements of the knowledge sharing include people, place, infrastructure. And the spiral knowledge process include Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization. The result in term of quantitative as a whole were evaluated to be at a high level.
