บทคัดย่อ
การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของกรมทางหลวงและเพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้งานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของเจ้าหน้าที่บุคลากรของกรมทางหลวง
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ เจ้าหน้าที่บุคลากรของกรมทางหลวง จำนวน 157 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถาม โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Sampling) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเชิงอนุมานประกอบด้วย Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA และถ้าพบความแตกต่างจะทดสอบความต่างเป็นรายคู่ โดยใช้วิธี Least Significant Difference เพื่อวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยของปัจจัยที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุตั้งแต่ 35-44 ปี และมีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ส่วนหน่วยงานที่สังกัดเป็นสำนักงานภูมิสถาปัตย์งานทาง ส่วนพฤติกรรมส่วนใหญ่การใช้งานระบบ 7-9 ครั้ง/สัปดาห์ ระยะเวลา 1 ชั่วโมงขึ้นไป มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน 1 ปีขึ้นไป และเมนูที่ใช้งานมากที่สุด คือ ทะเบียนส่ง ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า อายุมีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ด้านความรวดเร็วในการประมวลผล ระดับการศึกษาและหน่วยงานที่สังกัดมีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ด้านความสามารถในการค้นหาข้อมูลและด้านความถูกต้อง และปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมศาสตร์เกี่ยวกับความถี่ในการใช้งานมีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ด้านความสามารถในการค้นหาข้อมูลและด้านความถูกต้อง
This independent study aimed to explore factors affecting the usage efficiency of the electronic document system, and to study usage behaviors of the electronic document system by personnel or human resources officers, Department of Highways. The sample group of this study was 157 personnel or human resources officers. Questionnaires were used to collect data using stratified random sampling method. Statistics used to analyze data were descriptive statistics including Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation; and inferential statistics including Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Least Significant Difference at the statistical significance level of 0.05.
The results found that most of the respondents were females, age 35-44 years old, Bachelor’s degree of educational level, and working in the highways landscape office. For usage behaviors, most of the respondents used the system 7-8 times per week, period of time used more than 1 hour, usage experience more than 1 year, and the most-used menu was document sent register.
The hypothesis results found that age affected the usage efficiency of the electronic document system in processing speed. Educational level, work sector, and behavioral factors of frequent usage affected usage efficiency of the electronic document system in searching ability and accuracy.
